There is so much to do at the resort that you’ll never want to leave – everything from splash pools and teen clubs to fitness centers and basketball courts. But of course, we’re within a stone’s throw of all the major theme parks, shopping, dining, and more. The home itself is designed with luxury, comfort, and relaxation in mind, with beautiful finishes, high-end furniture, tasteful decor, and a screened-in private pool. Relax and enjoy yourself at Solara Resort! Living Spaces After a busy day out exploring Kissimmee, sink into a luxurious, comfortable couch and relax. Watch a favorite show on the enormous flat-screen TV, take advantage of the WiFi, or enjoy a peaceful view of the pool right from the living room. With our completely open concept living area, there is room for the whole family to spread out and enjoy each other’s company. Need a little time to yourself? Retreat upstairs to the loft area, where you’ll find a table and seating for four. The perfect place to have some peace and quiet to work or relax, or even to challenge the crew to a game of cards. Kitchen & Dining Our gorgeous kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a quick breakfast or extravagant meal. Everything is brand new, from the stainless steel appliances to the single cup and full pot coffee maker, blender, slow cooker, and cookware. All you need is your groceries, which there is plenty of room to store in the white shaker-style cabinets and stainless steel refrigerator. Whoever is cooking will be right in the action in this open concept space. Keep the chef company at the huge center island with seating for four. For a more formal affair, serve your meal at the beautiful wood dining table with luxurious upholstered chairs. Bedrooms & Baths There is more than enough room for everyone in this 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home. Claim the large downstairs primary suite as your own, and divvy up the four upstairs bedrooms between everyone else. The Neighborhood The Solara Resort is just 8 short miles to the Happiest Place on Earth, and just a short drive from Universal and SeaWorld. As one of the newer resorts in the Orlando/Kissimmee area, Solara boasts all the amenities you’ve come to expect and a few that you’ve probably never heard of! Hang out at the clubhouse, which features an enormous pool with cabanas, a wave simulator, and a splash pad. No need to skip your workout with a fitness center. If you prefer outdoor sports, you’ll love the basketball court, volleyball court, and full-size soccer field. There’s even a teen center for the kids, where they can hang out and make new friends, while the adults enjoy the nearby bar and grill. Don’t forget that you’re just minutes from the big 3 theme parks - Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld. You’re also amazingly close to great shopping, such as The Loop & The Loop West, Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores, Pointe Orlando, The Florida Mall, Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets, The Mall at Millenia, and the Orlando International Premium Outlets. Getting There/Transit Guests will need a vehicle or car transportation (Uber) for their stay. The closest airport is Orlando International Airport (MCO ~29 miles). Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. No Pets Allowed: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000. **Pool can be heated at no charge. Pool heat must be requested 3 days before arrival** No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee. We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - one small bottom of shampoo & conditioner, small bar of soap & body wash, one trash bag per trash can, one toilet roll in each bathroom, one roll of paper towel, one laundry soap packet, one small bottle of liquid dish soap. Please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need. We only provide things to get you started. Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000 in real property protection.
