Kihei Kai Nani 13-231 is a one bedroom, one bathroom condo on the second floor with Garden View. It features air conditioning throughout and a fully-equipped kitchen. The condo has been furnished comfortably to accommodate party of 4, with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. There is big screen TV with Cable and free Wi-Fi. One air conditioner unit in the bedroom and one in the living room to keep you cool, after a day at the beach or the pool. Enjoy breakfast, morning coffee, or cocktail in the spacious lanai. In the kitchen, you can prepare your home cook meals, or picnic lunch and snacks, while exploring beautiful island of Maui. The Kihei Kai Nani features lovely tropical landscaped grounds, large swimming pool, and gas grill to prepare your favorite grill recipes. Planning a day at the beach? This unit is supplied with beach chairs and beach towels. There’s also coin operated laundry facility in the complex. Location description: Kihei Kai Nani is located in South Kihei, just 14 miles from the airport. Located across the street, this condo complex is less than a minute from Kamaole Beach Two. You also have choice to go to Kamaole Beach One or local surf spot, Cove Park to the North. Another short walk to the south, you can explore famous Kamaole Beach Three. There are so many activities that you can do, beach combing, swimming, lounging around the beach, snorkeling, surfing, boogie boarding, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, beach volleyball and many more. Within walking distance or a short drive, you can go to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and spa. Maalaea Harbor and Kihei Boat Ramp are a short drive, if you want to go on boat excursion for snorkeling, diving, sportfishing, whale watching tours from December to April, and sunset or dinner cruises. From South Kihei, you have many great options to drive to South Maui to enjoy golf, shops, restaurants, beaches in Kihei, Wailea and Makena, or drive out to the West side and enjoy art galleries, restaurants, and shopping in Lahaina or Kaanapali. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense. Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000. Pool Policy: access to the community pool.
