This delightful, two-bedroom, one bath upscale bungalow is in a quiet neighborhood and just 4 blocks from Dearborn Ave., with great entertainment, eclectic shopping and restaurants, live music, and more. With 4 pristine white sand beaches within a 5-minute drive from our front door-- and 15 minutes from Venice Island you are sure to find a favorite that will have you returning to Manatee Cove year after year. Manatee Cove has been newly renovated and decorated in a Beachy Chic style with a little bit of Old Florida flare. Modern Stainless Steel Appliances with Granite counter tops, dishes, silverware, glassware etc. are included in this galley style kitchen/dining room combination. The master bedroom has a brand-new Queen bed, closet, and dresser for you to unpack and let the world melt away. The Guest bedroom has two brand new twin beds (can be converted into a king bed if needed), closet, and dresser for extra additional guests. Beautiful weathered grey laminate flooring throughout this beautiful home gives you the feeling of being right on the beach. The spacious living room with new sofa and new accent chairs, tables and 42” flat screen TV (already set up with a Roku) feels cozy and light as the natural light from the large windows flows throughout the home. Manatee Cove is truly the perfect cozy spot in Paradise for your vacation or get-away! Relax and enjoy a cup of morning coffee or tea on the large patio under the Sun Sail Canopy overlooking the large backyard or light up the night at the firepit. The landscape is lush with Floridian flora and greenery nestled under huge oak and fir trees. The village of Old Englewood is a short 4 block stroll into town for dinner. If you prefer a more intimate setting why not throw a few steaks on the grill and enjoy the magical sunsets over the Gulf in “Old Florida Style”! We provide the first tank of propane for the grill. Should the propane need to be filled please take the tank to the nearest propane store and exchange it. Want to bring your boat, jet skis or kayaks we have plenty of parking that will accommodate a boat and trailer with 5 local boat ramps that are super convenient to drop in and go! Our beaches offer sparkling Gulf waters and cool powdery white sand, pretty shells, and a lively night life along with spectacular sunset views year-round! Amenities include a 900-foot boardwalk with three covered lookouts, restroom facilities, showers, water stations, volleyball courts, basketball court, horseshoe pits, playground area, food vendors available on site, four small shelters with picnic table and grill, and three large pavilions, all of which contain picnic tables and charcoal grills. The pavilions are available to rent for birthday parties, family reunions, corporate parties, large picnics, and other special events. We’ve got the cooler; beach chairs and beach towels just don’t forget the sunscreen. Pets up to 40lbs are welcome with prior approval and a fee of $150 per pet, per stay with a maximum of two pets per stay allowed at Manatee Cove. If you have a larger breed of pet, please contact us for prior approval. Pet Fee for large pets over 40lbs is $250 per pet, per stay with a maximum of two pets. We ask that you keep your pet on a leash when walking the neighborhood and please pick up and dispose of pet waste properly. There is NO SMOKING or Vaping allowed inside. Please make use of the patio when smoking or vaping and please place your butts in the container provided. Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate eviction from the property, loss of all security deposits and an additional $250 fee for cleaning will be assessed. Before check-in, we ask our Guests to contact us so that we know they have arrived safely and can begin to enjoy their vacation in Florida’s Gem of the Gulf Coast. According to CDC guidelines, we will allow 48 hours between reservations, during which time, our housekeeper, will clean and disinfect the room, bath, doors, and surfaces according to the Center for Disease Control protocol. The mattress pad, towels, and linens will be laundered and put away and another clean pad, towels, and linens will be used for each new guest. We assure you that we will continue to offer the same hospitality and accommodations so many of our guests come to expect with renewed mindfulness of our mutual safety and well-being. Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.  The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000 in real property protection.  Exceptions include but are not limited to cancellations, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage.
