The location is ideal for families since the small neighborhood has its own beach entrance and a tropical pool. Avoid the crowds of large public beaches! The tropical pool is lined with palm trees, has its own bathroom, and is heated during the month of March. From here it is a quick walk onto the sugar white sands of our famous beach. Claire De Lune is centrally located just a few blocks from grocery stores, award winning restaurants, and premium shopping. You can walk to the nearby shopping area, so a car is not necessary. Home Layout: Sleeps 11 First floor: Sleeps 5 Queen bedroom with pullout twin sleeper (sleeps 3) | Bathroom | Kitchen | Dining Area | Living Room with pull out sofa (sleeps 2) | Driveway that can accommodate up to 3 vehicles. Second floor: Sleeps 6 King bedroom with balcony + bath and pull out twin sleeper (sleeps 3) | Queen bedroom with pullout twin sleeper (sleeps 3) | Bathroom. The parking pad at the house can accommodate up to 3 vehicles. No trailers, bus, RVs, or other oversized vehicles are permitted. This is strictly enforced and violators will be towed. The home comes with 4 folding beach chairs that you can carry to the beach. We do not supply “beach” towels. *Check In – 4PM (Central) *Check Out – 10AM (Central) Please note before booking this property: Only guests over 25 years of age may book this home and must be present at the home throughout the entire stay. No party or college groups are allowed. Violating this will result in eviction without a refund. Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. There is a fee of $200.00 for 1 dog and $400.00 for 2 dogs. Dogs must be well trained and less than 50 lbs. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge to LoveRentals, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel. This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay. We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase. Spa Quality amenities featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions are provided.
