Aqua Palms is located directly across from the beach in the heart of Miramar Beach at the tropical Ciboney Condo complex. This palm tree lined retreat has tennis courts, a spacious pool, grill area, and grants you private gated access to the beach. The unit is located on the fourth floor near the elevator and stairs for quick access. Amenities on the inside include a grand balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, smart TVs, high thread count cotton sheets, and a modern kitchen that is stocked with cooking equipment. The interior of Aqua Palms is adorned with coastal designer furniture and art. You are provided with an incredible view of the Gulf from the Living Room and Master Bedroom. We do allow some small dogs so please inquire about our pet policy. Our Destin properties have exceptional cleaning standards. All linens are cleaned and changed out after every guest! Layout Sleeps 8: Master bedroom with King bed (sleeps 2), master bath, and beach view | 2nd bedroom with King bed (sleeps 2) and shared bathroom with tub | 3rd bedroom with twin bunk beds (sleeps 2) | Living area with sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) | Kitchen | Laundry room with washer and dryer. Complimentary uncovered parking is available for up to two standard vehicles. No XL vehicles, trailers, or buses are allowed. Overflow parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.. Additional parking may be found at any of the public lots throughout the Destin area. No tents or canopies allowed on the private beach. However, the public beach at Pompano Joes is just a few yards away and tents are allowed there. Check In – 4PM (Central) Check Out – 10AM (Central) AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made. Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. There is a fee of $200.00 for 1 dog and $400.00 for 2 dogs. Dogs must be well trained and less than 50 lbs. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge to LoveRentals, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel. This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay. We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase. Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000 in real property protection.
