Laundry Room Full Kitchen and living/dining room. 2 Large Decks ~ Home #2 The Big House (NO A/C (Does have heat) inside the home but we do have fans and it cools down nicely at night to open the windows.) Upstairs Bedroom 1: Queen bed and Twin over Full Bunk Bedroom 2: Queen bed and Twin over Full Bunk Bedroom 3: Queen bed and Twin over Full Bunk Full Bathroom (The Sauna is inside the bathroom) Main Floor Bedroom 4: Queen Bed and attached bathroom. Kitchen Large Living Room Dining room w/ table and chairs. 2 Sunrooms (Lifetime table w/ folding chairs to use) Sunny South facing deck. Both homes have a coffee maker and Keurig machine (Bring your own coffee) also included are a few outdoor games for your enjoyment. We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, sponge, dish rags, and bath essentials. But please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need. We only provide things to get you started. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day. **Please note: this home is equipped with a security camera outside for the protection of home and safety of our guests.
