Please read before booking: Please note - prior to booking there is 24 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. Pet Policy: This property is are NOT pet-friendly. if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged $500 per pet for violating the policy. If we find evidence of pets after your departure, you will be charged $500 for violating the pet policy. If additional cleaning is required you will be charged an additional $500. No Smoking - IF any signs of smoking in property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction. Guests may ONLY smoke outside but agrees to pick up before check out. Supplies – Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets/liquid, 4 trash bags, small box of Kleenex, 3 oz. bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, bath Scrubby/loofa, bath & body soap. for stays longer than 4 nights we provide small bottles of laundry detergent, bleach & dryer sheets. Spa Robes & slippers, face mask & sleep mask (for those who like it a bit darker when they sleep) are provided for your use during your stay and a small toiletry bag with toothbrushes, razors, mouthwash & had sanitizer is your gift to keep. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense. Additional light housekeeping is optional for stays longer than 7+ nights: $75.00 please inquire within.
