The living room features tall ceilings and a gas fireplace. Also, there is a den area with a freestanding pellet stove. The home is equipped with WIFI and free domestic calls. As stated, there is a full kitchen, gas fireplace, and freestanding pellet stove. Also, there are four large HD TVs throughout the house, ceiling fans, wooden blinds, a covered deck, uncovered deck. Furthermore, there are many exciting things to do around the property. It is located in a forested setting on a very large lot with beautiful mature trees surrounding it. Also, the home is only minutes to Heavenly Skiing and local casinos. Per Local ordinance, the county wants travelers to pick up keys and to check-in in the office, educate guests and do a property overview. For this reason we don't do self check-in. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
