No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day. We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, sponge, dish detergent tablet, dish rags, and bath essentials. But please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need. We only provide things to get you started. **Please note: this home is equipped with a security camera outside for the protection of home & safety of our guests.
