CABIN ON THE RIVER ~ Free Bikes and Kayaks ~ Patio

This beautiful 2-bedroom, 1-bath cabin is beautifully located within the vast Bad Eagle State Forest beside Penns Creek.

This cabin comes with all the amenities of home but in a rustic setting. The living room comes with comfortable couches and chairs and flat screen TV for entertainment. The kitchen is fully functional and offers granite countertops and all the appliances needed to prepare any size meal. There is a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and stove and a bench for meals with seating for four. The loft features a couch and queen-sized bed. The downstairs has two sets of bunk beds. There is a sizeable stone patio area complete with firepit and outside seating for relaxing evenings beside the creek.

There are kayaks provided to enjoy the creek. There are also countless hiking and mountain biking trails amid the 193,000 acres of Bald Eagle State Forest. This huge expanse of wilderness connects to Poe Valley State Forest, Hairy John State Park, RB Winter State Park, and Rothrock State Forest.
Fish and kayak to your heart's content, or take your ATVs and dirt bikes to the miles of trails that are nearby.

You will have complete access to the entire house with the exception to the closet in the basement that will be locked.

Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.

We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, sponge, dish detergent tablet, dish rags, and bath essentials. But please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need. We only provide things to get you started.

In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, LoveRentals applies a Limited Property Protection Plan to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $55 covers up to $1,500 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage.
