This property is a lovely 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located on the Southern Dunes Golf Course and Country Club. With an open floorplan, guests will be impressed by the spaciousness of this home. The living room area has nice, comfortable couches and a flat-screen TV to enjoy. The nearby kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for two as well as a formal dining area which can seat six adults. The kitchen offers wonderfully modern styling with stainless-steel refrigerator, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. There is plenty counterspace for food prep too. The master suite has a king-sized bed and a full bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, and two vanities. The remaining two bedrooms both have two twin-sized beds in them. A full-sized washer and dryer are located in the laundry room. Sunworshippers will love the private enclosed pool with plenty of space on the sizeable sundeck. It also has a table with four chairs for outdoor seating and lots of lounge chairs. This home is within a short drive to Legoland, SeaWorld, Walt Disney Theme Parks, and Universal Studios. Read Before Booking this property: Please note – In order to book with us there is a 25 years of age minimum requirement & the person booking the villa must be present during the entire stay. This rule is strictly enforced and a Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. **Check In – 4pm **Check Out – 10am 24-hour check in available. Contactless check-in and departure. Supplies: We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, dish detergent tablet, paper towels, and bath essentials. However, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need. We only provide single items to get your stay started. No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $250.00 penalty fee. No Pets Allowed: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000. Pool Policy: **Please note: this property has a pool - pool heat fees apply. Please inquire within for costs.
