This home with lovely open floor plan is right on the golf course of the Southern Dunes Golf Course and Country Club and offers 4-bedrooms with 2.5-bathrooms. While the high ceilings and open floor plan will impress guests there is no shortage of features in this home. The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar island along with white cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. The dining area has seating for four with a view of the pool. The living room has plush couches which are incredibly comfortable as well as a flat-screen TV. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and bath with shower tub, toilet, and sink. The second bedroom has one queen-sized bed while the third has two twin beds. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry room. Guests can also enjoy the games room which has a ping-pong table and foosball table. There is a clubhouse with driving range, children’s play area, community pool, and tennis courts. A restaurant and lounge are located in the clubhouse for socializing. The private pool has plenty of desk space for sun worshipping guests and is complete enclosed for privacy. Guests have just a short drive to get to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Legoland and Walt Disney World Theme Parks. Read Before Booking this property: Please note – In order to book with us there is a 25 years of age minimum requirement & the person booking the villa must be present during the entire stay. This rule is strictly enforced and a Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. **Check In – 4pm **Check Out – 10am 24-hour check in available. Contactless check-in and departure. Supplies: We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, dish detergent tablet, paper towels, and bath essentials. However, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need. We only provide single items to get your stay started. No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $250.00 penalty fee. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet-friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.
