The open floor plan invites great entertaining with a large flat screen TV (Smart TV). Master bedroom has a Queen size mattress. Guest bedroom has a full size mattress. Added sleeping accommodations will be air mattress and/or folding futon mattress (more for teenager or children). Washer/Dryer are included in the unit. You will have access to the upper level through the units stairway where you will have a full bedroom with a full bath in addition to the above description. And as a bonus, unlike any other Penthouse the upper bedroom has an outside lanai (balcony) with unobstructed ocean views at a vantage point 44 stories high! Probably the tallest point in Waikiki! Parking is available in the building but operated by a private company. You will need to pay the parking attendant directly. Current rates $35 daily (cash only)
