The unit comes with all of the essentials that will make your vacation comfortable. The Space: The main living area comes with a queen-sized bed, table and chairs, SMART TV with cable and streaming, and the balcony comes equipped with a drying rack (beach towels) and foldable chairs for taking in the cool Hawaiian breeze. The unit has a wet bar with a small refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster over, plates, cups and utensils. Guests can also enjoy the complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkel gear. We also provide (at your request), baby items such as a Pack-N-Play, baby beach tent and bathing chair. A basic starter kit is provided for convenience and includes towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, coffee and creamer. The Building: The unit is located in a secure building which requires a key FOB to get up to your room. A security guard is also present on site and available to assist for additional safety. The unit does not come with a washer and dryer in unit but there is a paid laundry room on the first floor for guest use. The Location: Located in a central location of Waikiki. You are walking distance to the International Marketplace, restaurants and famous Waikiki Beach. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction. Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense. Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.
