Placed right on the shores of the Rubicon Canal in beautiful Cape Coral, this lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom property is a wonderful getaway. The floorplan is open and the unit has a fully functional kitchen which includes lovely countertops, dual-basin sink, microwave, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The living room area has a flat-screen TV and comfortable furniture for relaxing and socializing. The master bedroom has a full bathroom and a king-sized bed. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed. The oversized pool is shared among the other units but offers a private shaded lanai and grill to use. There is also a table with four chairs for guests to use poolside. Guests can use their own private gas grill poolside as well. The Edison and Ford estates are a short drive away as are the spring training grounds for two major league baseball teams. If guests are on the property at the right time, they can catch a Minnesota Twins or Boston Red Sox game. In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, LoveRentals applies a Limited Property Protection Plan to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $55 covers up to $1,500 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. SEATUIT GULF ACCESS VACATION CONDOS are located on the Rubicon Gulf Access Canal less than 2 miles from downtown Cape Coral. There are numerous restaurants and adult drinking establishments in downtown Cape Coral such as Rustys, Ralphs, Back Streets, Chicago Pizza, The Dek, Big Blue Brewery, Fish Take Grill by Merrick Seafood, Sicily Trattoria, Cork Soakers Deck & Wine Bar, to name just a fe wand they are less than a 5-minute drive from Seatuit vacation condos. A 10-minute drive also brings you to the waterways of Matlacha Pass and in the Pine Island Aquatic Preserve there are excellent places for kayaking and canoeing. The largest island off Florida’s Gulf Coast, Pine Island offers a small-town atmosphere amid mangroves, three aquatic preserves, and acres of palm, tropical plants and fruit groves. The waters of Pine Island Sound provide not only some of the finest fishing in Florida but are a haven for birdwatchers and nature lovers. For beaches the Yacht Club Public Beach is in downtown Cape Coral and other World class beaches are located w/ in a 15-minute drive that include Lighthouse Beach Park and Bowman's Beach on Sanibel Island, Lynn Hall Beach Park on Ft Myers Beach, and Lovers Key. If you want to go shelling, fishing, or just enjoy the beach weather…… you will always find something fun to do in Cape Coral, SWFL. Boat rentals and fishing charters are very easy for us to arrange for you during your stay @ Seatuit Gulf access condos if that is something that you want to arrange during your stay. Cape Coral is a large peninsula and is bordered in the south and east by the Caloosahatchee River and in the west by Matlacha Pass. The city of Fort Myers lies across the Caloosahatchee River to the east, and Matlacha and Pine Island lie across Matlacha Pass to the west. Most of the canals are navigable and some have access to the Gulf of Mexico. I-75 passes within 10 miles of Cape Coral and connects northward to Tampa; and southeastward to Miami/Fort Lauderdale.
