Cleaning services during the stay can be requested for a fee. POOL HEAT Pool Heat is an option service for a fee. The cost is U$ 35 per day with a minimum of 3 days’ service. It must be requested 48 hours in advance and the temperature will not exceed 95F. The pool heater works with heat exchange and will not work if the weather is very cold. If you opt to heat the pool during cold weather conditions and the desired temperature is not reached, we will not be able to issue a refund. If the pump overheats the system will automatically shut down until the pump can regain its functionality. PACKAGES & ONLINE PURCHASES Post Office (USPS) does not recognize vacation homes as residential address and if online seller uses USPS for the deliveries, that package will be returned to sender.
