The driveway can accommodate up to three vehicles. Parking is available on the neighborhood streets from 8 AM - 10 PM. Please follow the neighborhood signs for parking instructions. All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is unavailable here, but the apps will provide thousands of hours of content. Blanc Bao contains a starter set of paper supplies and toiletries. The guest is responsible for purchasing more amenities if needed. AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
