This home is only an 8 minute drive from the country club. There are high ceilings (over 20 feet) with mountain views from every room. The main floor has a sunken living room area with a huge 75" Samsung TV, a fully furnished kitchen and a play area for kids or adults who still enjoy childhood games! There is also a full bath on the main floor. Upstairs is the main bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom. There's also a queen sized bunk bed in the loft area which is quite unique! The owner has just completed the downstairs which adds another king bedroom, queen bedroom, sauna and another full bath. Each bedroom has it's own mini-split! The balcony off the main floor allows for pure enjoyment during the Spring, Summer and Fall seasons. Mini splits are in each room providing heat and air conditioning. Sit and enjoy the propane log fire during the cooler months while you watch the huge Samsung TV! Walk to the Appalachian trail, watch the deer roam, enjoy absolute peace on your own personal mountain top! The owner is a member of the Village Amenities which gives renters access to the swimming pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and trout pond! We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 1 trash bag, dish detergent for dishwasher, 1 complimentary laundry soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 bath starter hand soap. But please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need. We only provide things to get you started.
