The award winning design of this home proudly features a chef’s kitchen, elevator, 7 large suites, sweeping views of the Gulf Of Mexico and a tropical lake. Additional luxury features include a daily beach chair setup. Walk directly across the street to the beach entrance and the Crab Trap restaurant and beach bar. Seastar Palazzo features 6 King suites with private bathrooms, 1 Queen suite with private bathroom, and 2 bunk rooms with 4 Queen beds in each. This 6000 sq ft home can comfortably accommodate 22 guests. The parking area accommodates up to eight vehicles including two spots in the garage. Our Destin properties have exceptional cleaning standards. All linens are cleaned and changed out after every guest! No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made. Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for a late checkout because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.
