The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico throughout and has a sleeper sofa that can sleep two. The hallway between the two bedrooms has a 2nd full bathroom. Access to the unit is easy, as parking is available next to the front door. Walking out the back door leads directly to the pool area and the stairs onto the beach. Spa Quality amenities include high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions. It is the guest’s responsibility to get more if needed. Check-in time is 4 PM (Central) Check-out time is 10 AM (Central) Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. We provide four beach chairs with the home. A luxury Beach Chair setup of two chairs and one umbrella is set up daily by the beach vendor from March - October, weather permitting. Failure to follow these rules and regulations may result in fines and eviction. The laundry room is located on the 2nd level, directly above the home, and accepts credit cards for operating the machines. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
