This lovely 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom condo offers an open concept including but not limited to a modern living and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen and an inviting balcony with views from the 6th floor of the West Tower. Your comfortable living area comes with a flat-screen TV as well as both bedrooms. This condo also features floor to ceiling windows which display stunning views from every room and your wraparound balcony is accessible from every bedroom and the spacious living area as well. The master suite offers a king-sized bed with a private bathroom while one guest bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and the other guest room has a twin bunk bed as well. For additional guests, there is a pull-out queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen additionally comes fully equipped and is large enough to make cooking a pleasure if you're not visiting one of the countless numbers of restaurants in Destin. But please do not discount the on-site coffee shop/ restaurant. The Palms of Destin is known for having the largest zero entry lagoon pool in Destin. Five waterfalls, swaying palm trees, and a children's' splash area make relaxation a breeze. Choose one of five pools to swim in. During those chilly months, you'll find a heated pool and hot tub. Other amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, basketball courts, two lighted tennis courts with complimentary equipment, on-site restaurant, bar, and coffee shop, a resort spa and a free shuttle (seasonal) to take you to the beach, shopping at the Destin Commons, and to Harborwalk Village. Area attractions include The Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped pedestrian-friendly outdoor mall with over 75 shops and restaurants, bowling at Uncle Bucks and an AMC Movie Theater. Just down the road, you will find Big Kahunas water park and The Track of Destin Amusement Park with go-karts, mini-golf, bumper cars & boats, kids' rides & arcade. Visit Harbor Walk and you'll find more shops and restaurants along with a zip-line, snorkeling, deep sea fishing guides and pontoon and jet ski rentals. No Pets Allowed: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000. **Please note this property offers an outdoor & indoor communal pool and hot tub. No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee. We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - each bathroom has one roll of toilet paper, hand soap, and shampoo / conditioner (starter pack size). The kitchen will have one roll of paper towel, dish towel, one trash bag, dish washing liquid, and dish washing detergent. The property is also supplied with starter pack of coffee, and sweetener. Please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need. We only provide things to get you started. Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
