Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000. **Please note this property offers an outdoor communal pool. No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee. We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - each bathroom has one roll of toilet paper, hand soap, and shampoo / conditioner (starter pack size). The kitchen will have one roll of paper towel, dish towel, one trash bag, dish washing liquid, and dish washing detergent. The property is also supplied with starter pack of coffee, and sweetener. Please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need. We only provide things to get you started.
