Experience your perfect dream vacation in this beautiful luxcury Villa with a huge living area. The Villa la Reau is located very close to the Caloosahatchee River. With a Boat (to rent at a boat rental company) you can reach in just a few minutes the Gulf of Mexico, where you can watch dolphins or manatees directly from the boat. The 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom house is luxcury furnished and has a very large and open living- dining- and kitchen area with high ceilings. The sunny pool area with large terrace and generous, heated swimming pool offers a magnificent view. Enjoy the evening sunset with a drink on the terrace by the pool. Better can be a relaxing holiday not be! There is a large flat screen TV in the livingroom and TV's in all bedrooms, WIFI throughout the house with fast internet connection. In addition, there are all kinds, high quality kitchen equipment and machines (among others coffee machine, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, etc.) and dish washer, washer and dryer. to top off the whole luxury, the guest can use the outside kitchen to spend a nice barbecue evening. We do not provide a full propane tank for the grill. Please read before booking: Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during the entire stay and is strictly enforced. A Driver's License and/or State ID will be required and requested for all bookings. NO ONE under 21 years old will be allowed to book a reservation. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $300.00. We provide the guest with a basic set of consumables such as 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, garbage bags are supplied, 1 kitchen paper roll, some detergent and dishwasher tabs. In addition, the guest has to take care of himself. Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
