The unit backs up to Fort Clinch State Park so don't be surprised to see wildlife such as deer and various birds hanging out in the courtyard! The community has a lovely pool as well as a tennis court. Both are less than 100 yard walk from the unit. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. Non-Pet Friendly Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged. This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay. If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee. This property offers a private communal pool. We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase. Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000 in real property protection.
