Huge windows pour lots of natural light into each room. There is also a balcony overlooking the river just off the living area. Earth Haus Lite offers a covered concrete patio with 2 large picnic tables for outdoor eating, a corn hole game to play and steps down to the river’s edge! A hammock is also included at this house, and don’t miss our special “Selfie Spot”! You also may build a campfire in the firepit provided for a nice cozy evening in nature. Relax in your camp chair and take in the gorgeous views, a cold drink in your hand! Rent our kayaks on site for even more fun or bring your tubes on a short float right out your back door. Or how about grilling burgers on your personal barbeque grill for your friends? Kid and family friendly, Earth Haus Lite has direct river access. There are several river outfitters within a short drive, and downtown New Braunfels and Gruene offer fine dining, entertainment and many fun activities. Canyon Lake is just a few miles away where you can rent a boat or take a nature hike, and there’s lots of great family-friendly restaurants very close by. Austin, Schlitterbahn, San Marcos outlet malls and the San Antonio Riverwalk are also convenient driving distances! (If your travel plans include additional guests, the bottom of Earth Haus Lite has a “walkout” style level that may be rented for an additional fee, which includes an additional bedroom and a bunk room that sleeps up to 12 more people)! This level also has a full bath to serve these additional guests. River Road Escapes also offers 2 additional riverfront homes on site that sleep up to 30 more people, making this property an ideal location for family reunions, large parties, spiritual or corporate retreats – let us provide a perfect spot on the river for your next large gathering.
