There's also a hot tub, gas grill, and more lounging furniture in the back patio. THE SPACE Ground Floor: - Bedroom 1: Queen Bed - Full Bath (The bedroom and full bath on the ground floor is perfect for those wanting to avoid stairs.) - Kitchen (Stocked with essentials for cooking and baking) - Living Room - Dining Room - Laundry Room (Detergent provided) Upstairs: - Bedroom 2 (Master Bedroom): King Bed - Full Bath (In Master Bedroom Suite) - Balcony off of the Master Bedroom - Bedroom 3: Queen Bed - Bedroom 4: Full Bed - Bedroom 5: Twin Bunk Beds (Note, this is in the Master Bedroom Suite) - Full Bath Basement: - Full Bed - TV Area Outside: - Wrap around front porch - Balcony off of master bedroom - HOT TUB - Back patio with grill and seating Sheets, towels, and washcloths provided for use during your stay! There are plenty of cozy spots to hang out in and around this home including the back patio with a grill, table, lounge chairs, and hot tub. The basement is the perfect spot to send your children to enjoy some playtime or watch a movie. ***Renters must be 25 years of age or older. This is NOT a party house. We will not tolerate illegal drugs, hookahs, smoking indoors or excessive alcohol consumption. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am and strictly enforced. Please do not bring external speakers and play loud music - the neighborhood is very quiet. We do not permit additional people at the home who are not included in the original booking. During the day we ask you to please be respectful of the neighbors and keep music turned down while outside. Thank you for being respectful of the neighbors and the property. Be sure to bring your own firewood for the fire pit, or you can purchase some at a nearby Turkey Hill convenience store at Rt. 30 and Ronks Rd. Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $150 per dog apply. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge to LoveRentals, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day. We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, sponge, dish detergent tablet, dish rags, and bath essentials. But please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need. It takes around 25 minutes to get to Lancaster City, which offers a plethora of dining, shopping, and cultural experiences! Other popular attractions within 15 minutes of this home include the Strasburg Railroad, Sight and Sound Theatre, and Cherry Crest Adventure Farm. Driving only a few miles north or south will send you straight to Amish farmland.
