This is the resort style vacation rental with everything you could ever need or want!!
Helm Manor is in SW Cape Coral near Downtown Cape Coral. Your vacation can have many different water adventures in the area including fishing and boating. Relax in the heated pool and have a drink on your own HUGE Private Lanai!! Venture down to the captains walk @ Cape Harbor and check out the dock with underwater fish lights that draw many different fish species at night. This is your backdrop to this amazing property. You can rent a boat or arrange for a private fishing charter. It is our goal to help YOU make IT happen….so please do not hesitate to ask us for help or advise while you enjoy your vacation at Helm Manor.
All new Complimentary WIFI is set up for your HOUSE so web surfing and staying in touch with loved ones will not be an issue during your stay. All our amenities are new and use very current technology.
Your condo is fully equipped for your awesome vacation. You will find a fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances and of course a blender for your favorite adult beverages…. you name it, we have it. If there happens to be anything that we do not have on hand, we will be happy to do our best to accommodate for you.
The cozy and inviting living room are equipped with a LED TV with Roku, Hulu, Netflix, Showtime to name just a few. Open your sliding glass doors and venture out onto your Lanai that is located steps from the heated pool. No need to walk 10 units down to the end of the complex to use the pool here @ Helm Manor!!

Master / King Bed with a LED TV with Roku, Hulu, Netflix, Showtime to name just a few. Walk in closet, ceiling fan with remote control, and blackout curtains and blinds for that extra vacay sleep in. You will also find your bedroom well equipped with the original MyPillows for a great night sleep. Private master bathroom with shower are a nice convent way to get ready for your SWFL adventures.
King 2nd bedroom / King bed, celling fan, a LED TV w/ Roku, Hulu, Netflix, Showtime to name just a few. Well equipped with the original MyPillows for a great night sleep. The 2nd bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.
The 3rd bedroom has both a twin and single bed. Great for the kids’ room.
Take a visit to the Edison & Ford estates or catch a spring training baseball game from the Boston red Sox or Minnesota Twins. The ECHL Florida Everblades minor league hockey games are always a great catch if you want your hockey fix! Always something to do in SWFL. Helm Manor is 1-hour drive from exploring the Everglades National Park by guided Fan Boat tour. The lanai equiped with Gas BBQ and outdoor kitchenette cooking area. Or just Relax and do a puzzle or pick out a board game to challenge your family. Plenty of golf available throughout SWFL and there are 2 very good courses right in Cape Coral w/ in 10 minutes from Helm Manor.

Helm Manor is located is prestigious SW Cape Coral next to Cape Harbor!!!There are numerous restaurants and adult drinking establishments in downtown Cape Coral such as Rustys, Ralphs, Back Streets, Chicago Pizza, The Dek, Big Blue Brewery, Fish Take Grill by Merrick Seafood, Sicily Trattoria, Cork Soakers Deck & Wine Bar, to name just a fe wand they are less than a 5-minute drive from Helm Manor. A 15-minute drive also brings you to the waterways of Matlacha Pass and in the Pine Island Aquatic Preserve there are excellent places for kayaking and canoeing. The largest island off Florida’s Gulf Coast, Pine Island offers a small-town atmosphere amid mangroves, three aquatic preserves, and acres of palm, tropical plants and fruit groves. The waters of Pine Island Sound provide not only some of the finest fishing in Florida but are a haven for birdwatchers and nature lovers.
For beaches the Yacht Club Public Beach is in downtown Cape Coral and other World class beaches are located w/ in a 15-minute drive that include Lighthouse Beach Park and Bowman's Beach on Sanibel Island, Lynn Hall Beach Park on Ft Myers Beach, and Lovers Key. If you want to go shelling, fishing, or but enjoy the beach weather you will always find something fun to do.
Boat rentals and fishing charters are very easy for us to arrange for you during your stay @ Helm Manor if that is something that you want to arrange during your stay.
Cape Coral is a large peninsula and is bordered in the south and east by the Caloosahatchee River and in the west by Matlacha Pass. The city of Fort Myers lies across the Caloosahatchee River to the east, and Matlacha and Pine Island lie across Matlacha Pass to the west.
