Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of the owners closet in the hallway which will be locked. Please remember that you're staying in someone's house, not a hotel. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $150 per dog apply. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge to LoveRentals, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day. We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, sponge, dish detergent tablet, dish rags, and bath essentials. But please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need.
