If you’re looking for a vacation villa with a private pool that has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 6 people, you’ve come to the right place. There’s a good chance that once you’re finished looking and reading at all the information, you’ll decide to stay here. The kitchen may be small, but it can function just as well as any other large, upgraded kitchen. It has modern appliances, an island, vaulted ceilings (as do the rest of the communal rooms), and it comes fully equipped. What that means is that the kitchen comes equipped with all the cooking instruments, like, spoons, mixers, whisks, measuring cups, and much more. You’ll be able to cook as if you were cooking back at home. When the food is ready, it’s time to eat, and the place to do that is directly to the left of the kitchen in the dining area. Here there’s a quaint dining suite with seating for up to 6 people. The living room is large and has two very comfortable sofas for everyone to sit, lay, or spread out on. Just play a Disney movie on top of that, and everyone will never want to leave this room. What’s the best way to cool down from the Florida heat? Go swimming! And you can do just that in your own, private swimming pool that’s screened in to protect everyone from the bugs. You can also lay down on a sun lounger and work on your tan. Or, you can simply relax in a patio chair with your favorite beverage. If you’d like a little indoor entertainment, there’s a foosball table in the garage for your enjoyment. There are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds, which are great for young kids. Don’t worry, all bedrooms have their own TV and there is Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Community Description

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
