This wonderfully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is located in at the Regency Villas in Poipu Kai Resort. The kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful stainless-steel appliances and lovely granite countertops. There is enough counter space to prepare even the biggest meal and there is seating for six at the dining room table and another three at the kitchen counter. The living room is a nice, comfortable space with plush couches and large flat-screen TV. Both bedrooms have king-sized beds and ensuite. From the master suite, there is a private balcony which overlooks the Green Belt walking path which goes to the beach. There is also a washer and dryer in the house as well. There are tennis courts, a swimming pool, and foot path just minutes away. Guests can see dolphins and sea turtles just off shore swimming in the ocean just off the nearby beach. This property is just a short drive from three different public golf courses, restaurants, and shopping centers. In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, LoveRentals applies a Limited Property Protection Plan to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $75 covers up to $2,500 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage.
