The open plan layout of this villa has been planned to give everybody the chance to find their own space and relax away from the hustle and bustle of their normal everyday lives. The entrance lounge is the first room to greet you and has comfy seating and a window looking out over the pool deck. The Main bedroom is set apart from other bedrooms and has a King-size bed, door to the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. The main lounge is at the back of the villa and has more comfy seating, a large flatscreen TV and patio doors leading to the pool area. The centrally placed kitchen has all the appliances, gadgets and equipment you are likely to need if you decide to cook a meal for everybody, and the breakfast bar here is a great place for snacks and drinks throughout the daytime. A small dining table close to more doors leading to the pool area is the ideal spot for tea and toast in the morning, with a larger dining table at the front of the villa being a perfect setting for evening meals or fun times together playing board games. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are in the center of the home and share a full bathroom and bedroom 4 is towards the back of the home with a full bathroom which has access to the pool and lanai. Please read before booking: Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. No Pets Allowed: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.00 and in some cases can be up to $1,000. **Pool can be heated for an additional daily fee. Pool heat must be requested 3 days before arrival** $35.00 / daily and must request for a minimum of 4 nights. No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee. We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - one roll of paper towel, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, trash bin bags for each can, hand soap, shampoo, and one toilet roll per bathroom. Please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need. We only provide things to get you started. Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
