Featuring dual master bedrooms and a spacious, fenced backyard with all the necessities for outdoor cooking, this is the perfect place to relax and have fun with your entire family. It is conveniently located 1 mile from Boat Ramp 2 in Turkey Coves. It’s only 15 minutes from the north side Marina and many popular, local parks, including Comal Park. Family Bedroom This bedroom is the perfect space for a family with small children. Consisting of a queen and a full size bunk bed with a twin size mattress on the top, this room has the capacity to sleep 5 easily. As a suite, this sizeable area has the distinction of additional room containing a sitting area with a pullout couch that sleeps an additional 2 people, a desk and an ensuite bathroom providing a little extra privacy for those looking to work or parents caring for little ones. Guest Bedroom 1 The right side bedroom contains a second full size bunk bed with a twin size mattress on the top with the capacity for 3 guests sharing a full bath with the left side bedroom. It has a small, flat screen TV making it the perfect accommodation for children or teens. Guest Bedroom 2 The left side bedroom features a larger living space sleeping 2 in a queen size bed. It also has a small flat screen TV and shares a full bathroom with the right side bedroom. This room is great for couples with a large enough area to accommodate a Pack ‘n Play for a young child. Master Bedroom The second master bedroom has a king size bed allowing 2 guests to sleep cozy and snug and an ensuite bathroom with the added luxury of a jetted tub and shower for optimum relaxation and privacy. Also, closet space is provided to tuck away packed items. This room also has direct access to the outside patio making it easy to appreciate a breezy day or join the others for a family meal outdoors. Kitchen and Living Room At the heart of the home is the open concept kitchen, dining and living room. This area makes it ideal for entertaining and feeding large groups of family or friends. A fully stocked kitchen and a large sectional makes this space perfect for gatherings with entertainment in mind. It is spacious enough for game night and comfortable enough to curl up to watch TV or nap on a rainy day. Outdoor Patio The pet friendly backyard is a fantastic entertainment space featuring a patio with a full outdoor kitchen and BBQ for grilling. It has multiple seating areas with a flat screen TV. A Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
