The first living area overlooks the pool deck with comfortable sofas and a TV, the second is an upstairs loft with a large sofa, TV and workstation. The kitchen is well appointed with modern appliances. There are 2 separate dining areas, a formal area to the front of the home that seats 6 and a more casual breakfast table that overlooks the pool deck that seats 4. The pool table is in the front of the house and there is a cinema style movie room with a large screen for family movie nights. BEDROOMS 1. Downstairs master with a king-size bed, ceiling fan, TV, walk in closet and an ensuite with bath tub, shower, double sinks and separate WC 2. With the large screen and comfortable seating, it is a great place to sit back and relax. There is also a pool table in the front of the home and table tennis on the pool deck. OUTDOOR AREA The sunny extended pool deck has a private pool and spa. The lanai and covered patio has outside dining, plenty of sun loungers, outdoor table tennis and complimentary BBQ. A great place to relax after a fun day exploring all of the Orlando attractions. Please read before booking: Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. No Pets Allowed: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000. No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee. We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 hand soap per bathroom, 1 roll of toilet paper bathroom, the kitchen will have one roll of paper towel, and 1 dish sponge. Please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need. We only provide things to get you started.
