Water Haus LITE is a perfect getaway for your small group to enjoy. This home offers two master bedrooms with Queen beds, an open floor plan with dining and living room in the same area and a large stocked kitchen with all the supplies you would need to cook a delicious meal with your friends or family. There are also two full bathrooms with tub/shower combos and shampoos and conditioners are provided. The view from the deck surrounding the home is unmatched and offers you an incredible opportunity to just relax and soak up the serenity of nature. We offer a BBQ grill, fire pit and hammock for your guaranteed relaxation. Shuttle stop for tubing located at property entrance! We have kayaks to rent and tubes for purchase when you stay. Please note, this home offers a bunk room that has additional sleeping for an additional nightly rate. The occupancy of Water Haus LITE is 4 guests, but the full house sleeps up to 12 guests if the bunk room is utilized. The bunk room will remain locked unless the full house is rented; feel free to inquire with the Host about these options for your group. Please read before booking: Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. No Pets Allowed: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000. No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee.
