It features four bedrooms as well as an open sleeping area in the loft and an open floor plan with plenty of room for the whole family. The fully equipped kitchen leads to a six-seat dining area near large windows and the generously sized living area with comfortable sofas and chairs parked in front of the crackling fireplace and flatscreen TV. Mineral Memories is ideal for nature fans. The wooded exterior is great for some light exploring while the expansive covered porches are ideal lounging areas no matter the weather. The upper level of the home features a stunning screened porch and the lower holds a hot tub. Guests who would rather relax inside than head into the great outdoors will find plenty to keep them occupied, too. The home has a game room with a foosball table, a flatscreen TV, a second living area, and easy access to the outside. Rolling mountain views and located just minutes from downtown Blue Ridge and its quaint shops and dining, Mineral Memories has something for everyone. Guests can search out adrenaline-spiking activities such as rafting on the pristine waters of Lake Blue Ridge or spend a peaceful afternoon exploring a charming locale with a small-town feel. *Free fun included every day! To enhance the vacation experience, Cuddle Up Cabin Rentals includes Xplorie! This offers guests one free admission or rental every day of their stay to some of the most popular attractions the area has to offer!* Cabin fireplaces are available seasonally from October 1 – March 31, and during those times 10 sticks of firewood is provided per night guests are here for wood burning fireplaces. If you burn through the wood left out for the interior fireplace you will be responsible for purchasing more. Guests are responsible for purchasing the firewood they use in outdoor fire pits or outdoor fireplaces. Firewood bundles are available for purchase at many local stores and gas stations or you can contact our office to purchase firewood and arrange to have it delivered before your arrival. Bedroom Layout: 4-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms, sleeps 8 Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed Bedroom 4: 2 Twin Beds Please read below before booking: Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be the card holder and be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. Non Pet Friendly Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged. No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee. We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase. Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection. Exceptions include but are not limited to cancellations, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Inquire for more information.
